I submitted my Reservation Request through your website - is my appointment confirmed?

No. When you submit an appointment request through our website, it is simply that - a request. Our Guest Service Team will review your request as soon as possible and send an email to confirm ONE of your requested Dates/Times. If this suggested date/time works for you, you can confirm with our Guest Service Team. Only at this point is your appointment confirmed and your Groupon redeemed. I did NOT receive a follow-up email after I submitted by Reservation Request

Please be sure to check your junk mail / spam folder. If you have not added noreply@ashasalonspa.com to your address book or your list of safe-senders, it is possible that your follow-up email has been filed there. Can I request a same-day Appointment?

Yes! But please be aware that due to high-demand and limited availability, it might not be possible. My Appointment HAS been Confirmed, but I need to reschedule - Can I do this and is there a fee?

Please contact our Guest Service Team immediately using the link below if you need to request new times/dates. If you reschedule or cancel your Groupon service more than one time, or within 24 hours of your confirmed appointment time, your Groupon will be subject to our 24hr cancellation fee policy. If you would still like to receive your service, you will lose the promotional value and be responsible for paying the balance to reach the full value of the same select Groupon service. If it is currently within 24 hours of your confirmed appointment time, according to our policy, your Groupon will be subject to our 24hr cancellation fee. My Groupon code is not being accepted by your appointment website - what can I do?

Double-check that you are correctly entering your alpha-numeric code starting with either VM, CFVM or EMP. If you are unsure of where to find your Groupon Redemption code on your certificate, click here. If you have already redeemed your Groupon through our site, it cannot be re-entered into our Groupon code verification page. If you have been advised by our Guest Service Team to resubmit your appointment, but are unable to verify your code, please  contact  reservations@ashasalonspa.com

This site works best with Firefox, Safari and Chrome browsers. It has come to our attention that a few of our guests have had issues viewing the Policy & Restriction page when using Internet Explorer. If I redeem my Groupon certificate after it's expiration, what should I expect?

As noted on your certificate, the promotional value of your Groupon expires 90 days after your purchase. However, the amount paid for your Groupon will never expire and can be applied towards the full value of the same select Groupon service(s) with select technicians, on select days. The Groupon amount cannot be applied to substitutions of services for any reason.

Additionally, the promotional value of your Groupon certificate may only be redeemed towards the Groupon services it was purchased for. Groupon certificates may NOT be applied towards any Products, or service(s) other than the one(s) indicated on the certificate itself.
